Personal data protection policy.
Dear Sirs, meeting the information requirement arising from the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on protection of individuals in relation to processing of personal data and on free transfer of such data TRAVEL PROFI PARTNER Sp. z o.o.,
ul. 27 Grudnia 5, 61-737 Poznań informs in what manner and in what scope it processes personal data of the clients.
Your personal data.
The Administrator of Personal Data (ADO), that is a party deciding on the purpose and scope of processing of your personal data is TRAVEL PROFI PARTNER Sp. z o.o. with its seat at ul. 27 Grudnia 5, 61-737 Poznań (hereinafter referred to as TPP).
How to obtain information on the manner and scope of processing of your personal data?

Source of personal data.
Your personal data is obtained in the process of sale of tourist services. If the booking was not made in person, it was obtained from the person who booked the services for you. The data could have been obtained using the contact form.
Purpose and legal basis of processing of your personal data by TPP.
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:
a) In order to prepare an individualized offer of our products and services – on the basis of paragraph 6.1 of the Act B) RODO,
b) In order to answer your question or send marketing information, including other information about our services and tourist events organized by us, as well as information about tourist services provided by companies belonging to the TUI Group or other tour operators.
Necessity to provide with personal data.
Providing personal data by you is voluntary, but if for some reason you do not provide us with this data it will result in the inability to take action in relation to you, referred to in this document, and to which consent is required.
What are your rights towards TPP within the scope of processing of data?
The rights that each person is entitled to are:
the right to request access to your personal data (Article 15 of the Regulation), rectification (Article 16 of the Regulation),
the right to data transfer (Article 20 of the Regulation),
the right to delete data (Article 17 of the Regulation) in cases specified in the Regulation,
the right to limit their processing (Article 18 of the Regulation),
the right to object to the processing of personal data (Article 21 of the Regulation). In the case of an objection made before the contract is implemented or in progress, the submission will involve the inability to perform part of all services under the contract and may be treated as a termination of the contract,
the right to withdraw consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Regulation), in cases when the processing takes place on the basis of granted consent,
the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body (ie until 25/05/2018 to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, and after that date to the body that is his successor) if it is considered that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation.
Providing your data to third parties.
TPP may share your personal data with entities supporting us in the provision of services, including: tour operators, carriers, insurers, hotel service providers, additional service providers (eg: car parks, airport services), local or national tourist boards, contractors providing services for TPP. If necessary, we are obliged to pass your personal data to state authorities.
Term of storing of your personal data.
TPP stores your personal data:
if the data concern a contract concluded with TPP, not shorter than for the period necessary to perform the contract, fulfill the obligations of accounting reporting and limitation of claims that may result from the contract (ie in principle up to 7 years from execution of the contract),
if they are collected for a purpose other than the performance of the contract, then until the consent for their processing for this purpose is withdrawn.
Transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
In order to perform the contract concluded with TPP, data may be transferred to a third country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), where data may be protected to a lesser extent than in the EEA. TPP confirms that the transfer takes place in a safe, controlled manner and is secured by appropriate agreements with their recipients.

Automated processing of your personal data (including through profiling).
TPP processes your personal data in the automated manner (including by way of profiling) for the purposes of execution of the contract and for statistical purposes.
Complaints in relation to processing of your personal data may be submitted to the supervision authority, currently the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection (address: General Inspector of Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
