"Just an hour from London, the oldest English-speaking university in the world, which dates back to the 12th century.
It consists of 38 colleges available for sightseeing. A city of science from which over the centuries came a lot of enlightened minds, Nobel Prize winners and scientists, heads of state, saints and clergy, poets and writers, actors and artists. One of Oxford’s greatest attractions is one of the oldest libraries in Europe – The Bodleian Library. Its building was opened in 1602. It contains collections of over 12 million books, manuscripts and various prints. Oxford is an amazing and inspiring place full of books, history and extraordinary architecture. Its buildings and fragments of the city have become the background for many films, such as stories about Harry Potter or X-men.”
